These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV subscription service provided by Kevin IPTV ("we", "us", "our") through keviniptv.com. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our service. By using Kevin IPTV, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Users accessing adult content (18+) channels confirm they are of legal age to view such content in their country of residence. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe a user is under 18.

2. Subscription Plans

Kevin IPTV offers the following subscription plans:

Subscriptions are activated manually after payment confirmation. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers are not affected by price changes during their current subscription period.

3. Account Usage and Access

• ›Personal use only: Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, or sublicense your account credentials to third parties unless you have purchased a multi-connection or reseller plan.
• ›Device limits: Standard subscriptions allow streaming on 1–2 devices simultaneously. Exceeding the device limit may result in service interruption. Multi-connection plans are available for additional simultaneous streams.
• ›No redistribution: You may not capture, record, redistribute, broadcast, or make available to the public any content accessed through our service.
• ›Account security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Do not share your login details. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account resulting from credential sharing.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service to:

• ✕Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• ✕Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content in an unauthorized manner
• ✕Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with our servers, apps, or security measures
• ✕Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or overload our servers
• ✕Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff
• ✕Access adult (18+) content if you are under 18 years of age
• ✕Use our service for commercial broadcasting or public exhibition without authorization

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

5. Payment Terms

• ›All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• ›Payment is due in full at the time of purchase before service activation.
• ›We accept payment through the methods listed on our website and communicated via WhatsApp.
• ›Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must manually renew before expiry to avoid service interruption.
• ›All sales are final subject to our Refund Policy (see separate Refund Policy page).

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• ·Scheduled maintenance (we will notify users in advance where possible)
• ·Unexpected technical failures or server issues
• ·Third-party infrastructure outages beyond our control
• ·Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)

In the event of extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours caused solely by Kevin IPTV), we will offer a service extension or credit at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through our IPTV service is provided by third-party broadcasters and content owners. Kevin IPTV does not claim ownership of any broadcast content. The Kevin IPTV brand, website design, and original written content are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without notice if:

• ›You breach any provision of these Terms
• ›You use the service for commercial redistribution without authorization
• ›You share your credentials, resulting in excessive simultaneous connections
• ›We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund Policy for eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kevin IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your current subscription period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
