We offer a free 24-hour trial with no credit card required before any purchase. We strongly encourage all new customers to test the service during the free trial to ensure it meets their needs before subscribing. This trial covers full access to all channels, VOD, and features.

This Refund Policy explains when Kevin IPTV ("we", "us", "our") will and will not issue refunds for IPTV subscription purchases made through keviniptv.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Digital subscription services such as IPTV are, by nature, instantly delivered and consumed upon activation. Because credentials are delivered immediately and the service is made available to you at the moment of purchase, we operate a limited refund policy.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will always try to resolve technical issues before processing a refund request. We encourage you to contact our support team first if you experience any problems with the service.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service not activated✅ Eligible

    If you paid and your subscription was never activated (credentials never sent to you) and you contact us within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Prolonged service outage✅ Eligible

    If Kevin IPTV experiences a complete service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that is solely attributable to our infrastructure (not your internet, device, or app), you may request a pro-rated extension of your subscription or a partial refund for the outage period.

  • Duplicate payment✅ Eligible

    If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.

  • Technical fault confirmed by our team✅ Eligible

    If our support team confirms a technical defect that prevents the service from functioning on any supported device or app after reasonable troubleshooting steps, and the issue cannot be resolved within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind✕ Not eligible

    If you simply change your mind after purchase and the service has been activated and used, no refund will be issued. This is why we offer a free 24h trial — please test the service before purchasing.

  • Service used for a period of time✕ Not eligible

    If you have actively used the service for any period after activation — even one day — and then decide you no longer want it, no refund is applicable.

  • Incompatibility with your internet connection✕ Not eligible

    We are not responsible for buffering or quality issues caused by a slow, unstable, or restricted internet connection on your end. A minimum of 10 Mbps is required for HD streaming. Please test during the free trial to verify your connection is adequate.

  • Incompatibility due to ISP blocking✕ Not eligible

    Some internet service providers (ISPs) actively block IPTV streams. We cannot control ISP-level blocking and this does not qualify for a refund. If you suspect ISP blocking, our support team can guide you on VPN solutions.

  • Specific channel or content unavailability✕ Not eligible

    Channel lineups may change due to third-party provider decisions. If a specific channel becomes unavailable after your purchase, this does not qualify for a full refund. We will attempt to find an alternative or replacement.

  • Violation of Terms and Conditions✕ Not eligible

    If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions (including unauthorized redistribution or sharing), no refund will be issued.

  • Lifetime subscriptions✕ Not eligible

    Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after activation, as the full service is immediately available upon activation.

  • Requests made after 48 hours (non-activation issues)✕ Not eligible

    Refund requests for reasons other than non-activation must be made within 48 hours of the purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase date:

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and any associated accounts. We take fraudulent chargeback claims seriously and will contest them with evidence of service delivery. If your chargeback is found to be fraudulent, you may be reported to fraud prevention services.

6. Free Trial Policy

The 24-hour free trial is offered at no cost and requires no credit card. No charges are applied during or after the free trial unless you explicitly choose to purchase a paid subscription. The free trial is offered to allow you to fully evaluate the service before committing financially. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on the basis that the service did not meet expectations when a free trial was available before purchase.
