Kevin IPTV provides a technical platform for streaming live television content via internet protocol. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content. All streams are accessed through third-party sources publicly available on the internet.

  • One subscription = one simultaneous stream unless otherwise specified
  • Account sharing beyond permitted limits may result in suspension
  • You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected term (1-month, 3-month, 12-month, or Lifetime). All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30-day notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or record content
  • Attempt to bypass geographic restrictions imposed by content providers
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under your local jurisdiction

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund. You may cancel anytime; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin IPTV shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
